GENTLE YOGA
Gentle yoga is a calming practice that focuses on slow, deliberate movements and deep breathing to help relax the mind and body. It is a good option for beginners or anyone looking for a more restorative approach to their yoga practice.
RESTORATIVE
Restorative yoga focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation through gentle poses and deep breathing.
yin yoga
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on stretching and relaxing the connective tissues in the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. In contrast to more active styles of yoga, yin yoga poses are held for longer periods of time, typically between 3 to 5 minutes, allowing for a deeper release and opening of the body. This practice is often described as a meditative and reflective form of yoga, as it encourages students to tune into their breath and sensations in the body, while promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
traditional
Traditional yoga incorporates the practice of sun salutations, a series of flowing movements that not only gently warm up the body but also help to connect the practitioner with the energy of the sun.
Vinyasa flow
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that connects breath with movement in a flowing sequence of poses. It is often referred to as "flow" yoga because of the smooth way in which the poses transition from one to the next. Vinyasa yoga classes typically include sun salutations, standing poses, balancing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, and sometimes inversions. The practice is designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
sound bath
A sound bath is a therapeutic and meditative experience where participants lay down or sit comfortably while various sound healing instruments are played, such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums.
